Lesson18  New and  Old

教學目標:

知識:  1)掌握new old這對反義詞并能在句子中正確運用。

2)句型: I like your      .It′s nice.

能力: 能正確形容某物的新與舊,學會用本課句型。I like your      .It′s nice.來表達對人們的衣著進行評論.

情感：培養(yǎng)學生的探究精神,從而學會獨立、自主獲取知識的能力。

教學重、難點：

    重點：教會學生用new old正確形容某物的新與舊。

難點：學會使用本課句型I like your      .It′s nice.

教具、學具：教師詞匯卡片、錄音機、教學磁帶。

教學過程

      一、開始上課和復習

1、師生互致問候 

2、唱一首學生喜歡唱的英語歌，可加進他們自己喜歡的動作。

3、操練：請幾位穿著不同顏色衣服的學生到教室前，快速進行問答練習。

T:What color is this?（指一名學生的衣服）  Ss: It’s___.

              T:Is this a___or a___?          Ss:It’s a___.

              T:What color is this?           Ss: It’s___.

              T:What is he /she wearing?      Ss:He /She is wearing a___ ___.

              T:What are they?(指一名學生的褲子)     Ss:They are pants.

              T:Are they old or new?          Ss:They are___.

              T:What color are they?          Ss:They are___.

4、分組練習：學生輪流問：What’s this?  What color is it?  What’s he/she wearing?

      二、新授

         1、new old

          1）看書上的圖片，老師和學生一起讀下列單詞：new pants  old pants  new sweater  old sweater然后讓學生說出new和old的中文意思。

          2）播放錄音讓學生看書跟讀。

          3）句型練習：

              T:（指一條褲子）What are they?       Ss:Pants

              T:Yes they are pants.Are they green?     Ss:Yes they are green.

              T:Are they new?Are they new?          Ss:Yes.

              T:Yes they are new.(領(lǐng)學生讀這個句子)  Ss:Yes they are new.

              T:Are they old?                      Ss:No.

              T:No they are…                      Ss:New.

          4)做《活動手冊》

         2、I like your____.It’s nice.

          1)示范：告訴學生怎樣用英語表達贊美。從班中選出四位學生到前面展示他們的襯衣、褲子、裙子和毛衣。老師指著學生的衣服問：Do you like this___?如果他們喜歡某件衣服，可以回答Yes it’s nice.

           2）練習

            T:（指一學生的衣服）What’s this?      Ss:It's a___.

            T:Do you like this___?                 Ss:Yes.

            T:Yes,it’s…                          Ss:Yes,it’s nice

            T:Thanks! I like your___.It’s nice.(領(lǐng)讀)  Ss: I like your___.It’s nice.

            給學生講，如果想把英語講的很好就得養(yǎng)成表達謝意的習慣。

           3）播放錄音，學生看書跟讀。

           4）提出問題，檢查學生理解情況。

              What is Li Ming wearing?  What does Jenny like? 

              Are Li Ming’s pants new or old?  

           5）編對話，學生兩人一組，讓他們互相稱贊對方的衣服，要求學生提問或說出衣服的名稱、顏色及新舊。在學生練習的時候，老師在教師巡視并幫助學生解決編對話所遇到的問題。

      三、結(jié)束課堂教學

          1、讓幾組學生到前面來表演他們所編的對話

          2、布置課外作業(yè)

          3、Say“Goodbye！”to the students.
