英語課文《Lesson15:AreYouReadyforaQuiz?》教學設(shè)計

Lesson 15: Are You Ready for a Quiz?

教學目標：

1、              知識目標：  完成書上的測試題，學習故事“Maddy’s Family Photographs”

2、              能力目標：   能夠讀懂、聽懂故事“Maddy’s Family Photographs”， 并                    能回答簡單問題。

3、              情感目標： 激發(fā)學生 對英語的持久興趣，培養(yǎng)學生勤動腦，學會思考。

教學重點、難點：能準確回答書中的問題，能聽懂故事。

教具準備：錄音機、故事書

教學過程：

一、     Class Opening and Review

1.     Greetings

2.     Revision

     Play the game “where in the world?”  To review vocabulary about countries of the world.

（利用游戲復(fù)習關(guān)于國家的單詞，及其它相關(guān)內(nèi)容，學生參與性強，避免了枯燥乏味）

3.     Quiz(a competition between boys and girls)

                     i.              What’s this?

                  ii.              What country is this?

              iii.              North is up. Where is west?

                  iv.              What country is east of China?

                     v.              What do they speak in this country?

（男女生之間展開競爭，能激發(fā)學生熱情，學生情緒飽滿，并處于積的學習狀態(tài)中，提高學習效率）

二、Story :Maddy’s Family Photographs

1.     Prepare to Read

T: Look at the pictures in the story to establish its context. Have students discuss the following questions:

(1)Who do you think these characters are?

(2)Are they part of Maddy’s family?

(3) Where do they live?

2.     Listen to the audiotape, read

3.     Discuss
